I am so familiar with these kind of train. My province was once the number 1 exporter of sugar in the world. They would use this kind of train to transfer the sugar cane to the milling company.
IS this still used up to now? IT would be great if it still is because its a piece of history right here. It deserves a place in the modern era. This is a classic.
That’s a fiery locomotive. I love the sheer power of it that’s evident even by a glance. Thanks for sharing!!
I am seeing this for the first time. This is a good technology though. The designer have really done a great job.
I have never seen a locomotive like this before. Yeah, maybe in a movie, but what movie is that… 🙂
It is such a powerful locomotive. I really love the amazing power it has.
Few are left these days. They once were the best trains.
I can only see this on a movie. I don’t think that its still being used these days.

I admire trains, especially the old ones. I really miss riding it, that feeling inside the train.
This reminds me my first time travelling in a locomotive train. I was so afraid and it was loud. Missed those days
They don’t make them like this anymore. You have to admire the workmanship here.
It’s sad that these beauties are being phased out. They will always hold a special place in my heart.
I wonder if the train is still functional. It does look pretty old after all.
That black and white just goes perfectly with the photo. It gives it that unique retro feel.
This train is a relic from the past. It should be cleaned up and put in a museum.

The train has a certain sense of elegance to it. The design is just out of this world.
Sadly, I have never had the pleasure of riding in one of these trains. I hope that changes soon.
I would have wished to see how long the locomotive is. It must be meters and meters long.
Decades old and still going strong. That’s what I like about these old locomotives.
You should publish a compilation book with all the train photos you have. You have so many of them.

Can’t remember the last time I saw this physically. I wish it can be remake into something very modern.
I’m always fascinated by trains since then. I love this effect and the black and white combo.
