In fourth grade, already a fan of Roald Dahl, I picked up “The Wonderful Story Of Henry Sugar And Six More”. The title story of the collection had a profound impact on me. It was multilayered, convincingly presented as nonfiction, and didn’t have a conclusive ending. It really taught me that there is no one way to tell a story.
